This website
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, level AA, the standard the U.S. Department of Justice set for city websites under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Wrenfield has fewer than 50,000 residents, so the city’s deadline is April 26, 2028; we are working to meet it by the end of 2026.
Pages are tested with keyboards, screen readers and automated checks before each release, and the whole site is checked again every week. Agendas are published as web pages rather than scanned PDFs so they can be read on any device.
Documents and older files
New documents are posted as web pages or as tagged, checked PDFs. The document library shows the status of every file. Some older plans are still being fixed; each one is marked “Remediation in progress” and has a summary as a web page.
If you need any document in another format, such as a web page, large print, a Word file or read aloud, call (555) 010-0151 or ask at City Hall. We provide it within five business days at no cost.
Report a barrier
If something on this site does not work for you, tell the ADA Coordinator at (555) 010-0151 or through the contact form, choosing “Accessibility”. We reply within two business days, get you the information another way right away, and fix the page.
Meetings
Council Chambers is step-free and has an assistive listening system. Meetings stream live with captions. Request sign language or Spanish interpretation at least two business days ahead.
Language help
Key pages on this site are available in Spanish; choose Español at the top of any page. Pages that are not yet translated say so. City Hall staff can help in Spanish in person and by phone at (555) 010-0150, and interpreters for other languages are free with two business days’ notice.
This page is kept current by ADA Coordinator, City Clerk. Last reviewed September 1, 2026.
