- By phone at (555) 010-0170 during office hours.
- In person at City Hall, or in the drop box by the front door at any hour.
- By mail to City of Wrenfield Utilities, PO Box 100, Wrenfield.

Start or stop water service
Call or visit at least two business days before your move. To start service you need a photo ID and a lease or closing statement. Renters pay a $75 deposit, refunded after 12 months of on-time payments.
There is no charge to stop service. Leave a forwarding address for your final bill.
If you are behind on your bill
Call before the due date and we can set up a payment plan of up to six months. Households that qualify for SNAP or Medicaid can apply for a 30 percent discount on the base charge.
Report a leak or outage
Water running in the street, low pressure or no water at all: call (555) 010-0170 during office hours, or (555) 010-0199 at any other time. A crew is on call every night and weekend.
